The Gita only talks about Krishna and ignores the presence of any other Gods. ... I am a former Hare Krishna with many hours reading the Bhagavad-Gita. Ugrasena was the brother of Devaka, the latter being the father of Devak�, mother of Kṛishṇa. But the true Parammartha Sanyasa is that which is based upon Jnana (true knowledge) and not merely renunciation of action.
