The population of most communities is between 500 and 2,000 inhabitants; all communities are socio-politically organized on the basis of usos y costumbres, a system of "autochthonous" socio-cultural norms and practices. As Romans 5 and other places show us, our whole race died spiritually in Adam’s Fall, and we are all deserving His condemnation for our sin. And since the Apostles chose successors to continue their same work of continuing the church (such as with Bishop Titus and Bishop Timothy), why would this practice be omitted?
